Kocy Selek ist ein Berliner DJ mit Pariser Wurzeln. Getreu seinem Motto „good music only“ spielt er Sets mit vielen unterschiedlichen Einflüssen aus diversen Genres, von Jazz über Funk und Hip Hop zu Dubstep. Sein Markenzeichen sind die „langsam leise“ Sets wo er Jazz, Soul und Oldies Platten in Berliner Bars auflegt. Genauso gern spielt er ganze Nächte durch mit groovigen party sounds die fröhlich zwischen Funk, Disco, Dubstep und Drum n bass hin- und herspringen.
Kocy Selek is a Berlin based DJ with Parisian roots. Under the motto „good music only“ his sets mix a wealth of influences and genres, from Jazz to Funk to Hip Hop and Dubstep. He is as happy doing his trademark „langsam Leise“ sets, playing jazz, soul and oldies from records in cosy Berlin bars, as he is playing uptempo party sounds that jump with joyful irreverence from funk to disco, dubstep and drum n bass.
